Bea Weir – Center Mentor / Alliance Builder

Bea embarked on her journey to Canada from communist-era Romania 25 years ago, longing for freedom and an improved quality of life for her 6-month-old son. Utilizing her BA degree in finance, she carved out a career as a financial analyst spanning several years. Yet, the influence of her grandmother’s use of natural remedies ignited a passion in Bea for the holistic field early on in her life.

Amassing 16 years of experience and continually expanding her knowledge, Bea set her focus on Energy Medicine. She played a pivotal role in bringing Energy Enhancement System (EES) to Canada for the first time in July 2022, owing to a fortuitous meeting with Tatjana. For nine months, Bea successfully led the EES, mentoring several aspiring EES owners about the foundational steps necessary to establish their own centers. Her guidance was enriched by her own experience of managing a private practice and pioneering the EES business in Canada.

In June of 2023, Tatjana presented Bea with an irresistible offer — to become a member of EnCen Alliance and start mentoring existing and potential center owners on their journey to success.

Today, Bea works tirelessly alongside Alex, Tatjana’s business partner, to continue propagating Tatjana’s vision. At the heart of their efforts lies the quest to inspire and teach others to unleash their full potential and become their best selves — a powerful homage to Tatjana’s memory.

Tatjana Omanovic – Cofounder (in Memoriam)

Tatjana was born in Germany and grew up in Serbia while it was still part of Yugoslavia.  Life under communism was hard and made harder by the specter of looming civil war. Overcoming repeated rejections, she immigrated to America at age 15, enlisted in the Marine Corps, and retired after 20 years of service to her adopted home. She settled down in Carlsbad, CA to raise 4 sons and inspire greatness in others.

Tatjana’s continuing education is focused on psychology and the human mind.  Her greatest joys are found in learning, teaching, and inspiring others to their best selves.  As an unconventional business coach, Tatjana uses her unique skills to quickly “recalibrate and jump start” both individuals in their personal affairs and entrepreneurs in their business efforts.

Our beloved Tatjana passed  July 25th.  Click here for a tribute.
